Content are graphics, logos, photographs, image rights, video or text on www.sevesjakarta.blogspot.com. Any reproduction, copying, or foregoing of the content are prohibited. To use our content for editorial purpose you have to ask us via e-mail.
- You may not copy, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works, and sell any content or products within this Site. You are prohibited to use our content for any advertising use/commercial use for your own site
- We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force major. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.

- SEVES will give confirmation about the availability of your product request and the payment details including shipping fee that has to be paid.
- SEVES will deliver the product after the payment confirmation has been sent.
DELIVERIES POLICY
- Goods will be sent via JNE.
- Deliveries are only available within Indonesia.
- Delivery fees are not included with item’s price.
- Delivery time can be followed by your request with different payments provided by JNE (more details, visit www.tikijne.co.id on the SERVICES page).
- Delivery will be shipped after proof of transaction is received.
- Goods will be sent on working days after the transaction proof is received.
- After goods are shipped, SEVES will not be responsible for any objections, example: accidental loss, destruction or deterioration, etc. (As it will be the responsibility from JNE).
PAYMENT POLICY
- Payments are via Bank transfer only to SEVES account (BCA).
- Payment has to be confirmed via email only, by scanning the bank transfer receipt to validate the purchase.
- Payment time limit is 3x24-hours (3 days) after the order has been made.
- Other methods of payment such as cash, credit cards, and cheque are not acceptable.

RETURNS POLICY
- Return can only be handled regarding to sizing problems with the same style.
- Return can only be made if your request is available.
- If the product is not suitable with the sizing, you should e-mail us within 2 days after you receive the product. Please inform SEVES the details of the sizing. (Exchange of the style/ color dislikes is not acceptable)
- Return is only acceptable if the price tag has not been removed, no defects on the garment surface and smells, and has not been treated by washing machine/ tumble drying machine/ ironed.
- Returns have to be done by sending back the goods immediately to SEVES with your own expenses (we will inform you SEVES address via e-mail).
- Return can only be made if your request is available
- You can ask JNE to pick up your items if you are too busy to deliver your goods to JNE, please call (Jakarta only) 021-566 5262 to book a pick up. For non-Jakarta region please see www.tikijne.co.id for each region addresses/ telephone numbers.
